How do I set up Clearpay?

Open your Dashboard and, on the left, click the cog icon next to Store.
Now, in your store settings, navigate to the Payment Gateway tab.
Set up a new account next to Clearpay, or if you already have a Clearpay account, select Use an existing account.

Dose Clearpay accept bad credit?

Clearpay Refund. If you place an order with us via Clearpay and you would like a refund, this refund is processed by Clear Pay, we request the refund and the refund can take up to 7 days for the credit to arrive back in your Clearpay account this is minus the 6% non-refundable fee which is taken from Clearpay when purchases are made! (Please also make sure to check the retailer’s return policy.

Follow these procedures if your item is eligible for a refund: Select the Card tab in the Clearpay app. In the upper right-hand corner, click "How it Works," then "How do I return an order?"
