Placing an order using Clearpay. Once your order has been placed on our website Clearpay will notify us about your order and what has been ordered. You then have 6 weeks to complete the remaining payments. Clearpay provides you with the credit that you ARE responsible for paying on time. Sweet Cravings is in NO WAY responsible for the Clearpay credit/account or repayment schedule.
Clearpay Refund. If you place an order with us via Clearpay and you would like a refund, this refund is processed by Clear Pay, we request the refund and the refund can take up to 7 days for the credit to arrive back in your Clearpay account this is minus the 6% non-refundable fee which is taken from Clearpay when purchases are made! (Please also make sure to check the retailer’s return policy.)
Follow these procedures if your item is eligible for a refund: Select the Card tab in the Clearpay app. In the upper right-hand corner, click "How it Works," then "How do I return an order?" Then follow the guidance on the page provided. Clearpay will then contact us to request the return and refund (which can then take up to 14 working days — excluding weekends and bank holidays)
